What to Expect
Dr. Chiu will perform the Dysport injection onsite in our Pittsburgh, PA office after the initial consult. The procedure is a safe, quick process that will involve inserting a tiny needle and depositing the Dysport in selected sites. The entire process should take only between 15-30 minutes to administer, and patients can return to their normal activities right after treatment, as long as strenuous exercise is avoided. Some minor swelling and redness is to be expected, but will subside very quickly.
Anticipated Results
Dysport is a fast-acting and far-reaching injectable wrinkle relaxer, making noticeable changes to the forehead frown and crow's feet lines. Results typically take a 3-10 days to appear, and vary per patient. Dysport can be combined with wrinkle fillers to produce more drastic changes and more long lasting results.
